We collect a short business-funding inquiry and, only with your consent, may forward that inquiry to selected participating providers for their independent review.

We are not a lender, bank, broker-of-record, or financial advisor. We do not approve applications, issue funds, or guarantee that any provider will make an offer or approve financing. Any credit decision, offer, rate, or term comes solely from the independent provider you are matched with. We do not represent that we cover the entire market of available financing options, and we make no claim of 'best,' 'lowest,' or guaranteed results.

This Policy applies to information collected through our website and inquiry form. It does not apply to the separate privacy practices of any third-party provider, website, or service to which you may be referred; those parties maintain their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information reasonably needed to operate a business-financing comparison and referral service. Our inquiry is designed for business and commercial contact and does not request highly sensitive personal identifiers.

We do NOT collect Social Security numbers, full bank-account numbers, banking login credentials, tax returns, government-issued IDs, full dates of birth, or payment-card data through our inquiry. Please do not submit this information to us. If a participating provider later requires such information to make a credit decision, you will provide it directly to that provider under its own terms and privacy practices.

• Business and contact details you submit — such as your name, business name, business email address, business phone number, and general business location.
• Business-funding inquiry details — such as the type or amount of financing you are exploring, time in business, and general revenue range, as prompted by the form.
• Consent and communication records — such as the consents you provide (for example, to be contacted, to have your inquiry shared with providers, and confirming the inquiry is for business purposes and accurate) and records of your communication preferences and opt-out requests.
• Technical and usage data — such as device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, and referring pages, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies below).

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to operate, provide, and improve the Service and to connect you with participating financing providers at your request.

• To receive, review, and route your business-funding inquiry.
• To share your inquiry with selected participating providers when you have given consent to do so.

4. How We Share Information With Participating Providers

Sharing your business-funding inquiry with financing providers occurs only with your consent. When you submit the inquiry and provide the applicable consent, we may share it with one or more selected independent third-party providers so they can independently evaluate it and, at their discretion, contact you.

Each provider is an independent party that makes its own credit decisions and sets its own terms. We do not control and are not responsible for a provider's decisions, offers, or how it uses the information you provide to it. Participating providers handle your information under their own privacy policies.

We may receive compensation from participating providers in connection with inquiries or resulting financing. This compensation does not change the fact that all credit decisions and terms are made solely by the providers, and it does not guarantee that any provider will contact you, make an offer, or approve financing.

5. Other Ways Information May Be Shared

Apart from sharing with participating providers as described above, we may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers — vendors that support our website and operations (such as hosting, analytics, and communications), who process information on our behalf under appropriate obligations.
• Legal and safety — when we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Sunny Financing, our users, or others.

• Telephone: You may ask us not to call you, and we will add your number to our internal do-not-contact suppression list. Please note that contacting us does not control the separate contact practices of independent providers with whom you have chosen to share your inquiry; direct opt-out requests for a provider to that provider.
